This application will serve Urologists by managing double j stent placement and removal dates, providing a simple interface on which to add, track and remove instances of double j stent placement for patients. Urologist are able to document the following for their DoubleJ implementations: Patient Name Placement and Removal Dates Physician related information Insurance Location Brands Length Width Etiology Route Encrustations String Notes The application is designed for a streamed end user experience. All fields are optional. Urologist may edit an entry. The system engages the Urologist by alerting of upcoming Removal Dates. All proceeds are donated to the University of Puerto Rico physician internship program, for the development of projects as this one, the DoubleJTracker
