\n\n,Asarfont software developed by Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) able to solve the problems of writing Jawi-Arabic translations and be able to help with more accurate production letter of Jawi because it's more stable, user-friendly and capable of operating in multiple applications with ease. AsarFonts is a font set consisting of standard fonts such as Times New Roman, Traditional Arabic, Jawi and Arabic transliteration letters. It was designed to meet the educational needs of Islamic and Middle Eastern studies. Asar Fonts also comes with Arabic-Jawi QWERTY and English-Arabic trans-literation keyboard layouts. In Malaysian Educational System, Islamic Education is one of the core subject offered in the primary and secondary schools for Muslim students. Anyhow, studies have shown that they are weak in Jawi skills. Therefore, the Ministry of Education, Malaysia has designed special programme called j-QAF to enhance primary student’s ability in Jawi, Qur’an, Arabic and Fard ‘ Ain.\n\n
