\n\n,ATSApp is an accessible and multilingual application for blind and visual impaired students and their instructors. It offers the possibility to create in an easy way transcription orders and it transmits them to a local transcription service. The user can take pictures (e.g. of a blackboard or a paper) and send them immediately to a specified transcription service. By an optional interactive menu, the user can define individual transcription needs. Color and font selections for the menus allow individual adaptations to the needs of a user. ATSApp is preconfigured for the Luxemburgish transcription service of the IDV. The communication settings can be changed for local needs. The manual of the application is available at www.idv.lu.
