They have instant access to know how and when to join together in prayer with their peers, when new groups are needed, and to know what top issues are affecting their school. Second, they will unite with other students across the nation to join their voice with hundreds of thousands of others who are praying on behalf of their school and for our country. By providing daily content and structure, groups will stay focused and pray strategically, while learning about how to pray most effectively. CYC provides 4 specific prayer strategies, asking for grace, peace, justice, and healing along with the top 20 issues affecting campuses across the nation. The app will help students to pray for things like healing from depression, justice against prejudice, that compassion would grow in the hearts of Christ followers, and for peace in students lives as a result of bullying.
