The feedback you gather will invaluably increase your self-awareness allowing you to leverage your strengths, develop your weaknesses, and ultimately fine tune your professional brand and reputation. Rather than relying on the performance management calendar and system provided by your employer, you can gather a portfolio of professional feedback, on your terms. You will have the ability to exchange qualitative and quantitative feedback as each feedback submission will require a score and optional verbal feedback to be entered for the following three categories: Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills, Industry Knowledge. These three feedback scores will equally contribute the an individual’s overall feedback score. This will allow you to build a portfolio of referrals and recommendations which will help improve your self awareness and professional development while simultaneously appealing to recruiters, clients, investors, and your professional network. Note: Your privacy will always be our number one priority and you will only be visible on the app if you choose to download it and create an account. You can only exchange feedback with colleagues you have invited or connected with on the app. You will have full control over which feedback is displayed on your profile and which isn’t.
