\n\n,BLU Tool is an easy to use development tool for creating, debugging and testing Bluetooth Low Energy devices. Central Mode allows the user to search for and connect to Bluetooth Low Energy peripherals within range. After connecting to a peripheral, the user can discover services and characteristics provided by the connected peripheral. In addition to central mode functionality, users can create custom peripherals in peripheral mode. All of the Bluetooth SIG adopted services and characteristics are built in already and you can also easily create custom services and characteristics. Peripheral Mode (Beta) is still being enhanced to add more functionality to the level of interaction provided by the emulated services and characteristics.
