\n\n,Break Manager App PLEASE NOTE THIS APP is specifically designed for iPhone 5 and up... anything previous may not be formatted on the screen properly. This is an app that will help you manage your break and lunch times. If you work in a call-center environment and your employer scores and keeps up with your time management (when you go on break, lunch and when you're on the phones), this is the app for you. I built this app based on my need to track and keep tabs (live) on my breaks. This app can tell you how many minutes til your next break or how much longer that you're supposed to be on the phone, etc. It's really accurate with keeping track of 'adherence', There's live editing mode and adding events mode. You can also put in your schedule ahead of time and load them as needed. It's pretty easy to run. It starts out with "start up"... then you just add your event with the times (phone time, break times, lunch, end of shift, etc.) At the bottom of the main screen you'll see your available log-in states. If you have any suggestions at all or need any help, please don't hesitate to ask. All feedback is welcome. stvcolwill@gmail.com Future versions will include a timer for breaks and also for lunches. Also, there's plans on building in custom push alarms (for when the iPhone isn't even awake). Right now the alerts are vibrate only and the app has to be open and forefront for that feature to work. I initially designed it that way -- leaving it open on your desk (plugged in of course). I have it set currently to vibrate at 10 minutes before the next event, and also longer vibrate at 5 minutes ... and the longest vibrate at 1 minute till the next event. Specific tips: Use the top right icon (plus) to add your schedule. Use the top left icon to start your day -- the app is design to not lose your data if you force quit the app... so this icon resets all the live data. Most all the options are set via the preferences (gears) icon at the bottom of the main screen. There you can see all your user logged states and also any historical saved schedules and also load any days of events. If you want to delete an event, just swipe left. If you want to edit an event, just tap it to get to the live edit page. There's a recalc blue button at the bottom left. This recalculates the adherence percentage of your current shift. This recalculation already happens every 5 seconds anyways but it's there in case you get impatient. The number below the adherence percentage is the actual total number of seconds you are out of adherence in case you need that for anything. If you car currently 'in adherence' the color status bar at the bottom will be green. This bar also updates every 5 seconds. It is a maroon (red) color if you're currently OUT of ADHERENCE... meaning every second you're in maroon, time is adding up as out of adherence. If you want a good idea of adherence -- for a four hour shift, if you multiply any number of minutes by .41, you'll get the percentage points out of adherence. For example, if you miss your break entirely and take your break later -- that's two 15 minutes that are out of adherence => 30 minutes times .41 = 12.3 percentage points. In other words, in a four hour shift if you miss your break, you're already at 87.7% adherence (just for that). ALSO, on an 8 hour shift, the magic multiplier is .285. Currently there's no storage for your adherence percentage -- so I would advise recording your percentage at the end of the day. You'll find that if you're logging in and out at the same time you're doing it on your phone system software, it is extremely accurate. In my company, our adherence goals are 88%; my numbers before this app were in the low 80s consistently. Now my averages are in the mid 90s. I hope this works the same for you! One last comment: this app is very stable on my iPhone 6 Plus, and has been crash free for three months of use so far. Please let me know if you ever get a crash.\n\n
