BoardTRAC is an electronic board portal tool.
With a simple and intuitive design, users can view, print, make private notes and highlights to meeting packs and governance documents from multiple companies. The app's strong emphasis on security, with encrypted downloaded content and transmissions, still enables each company to individually control its own content, and to remotely delete content.

"My Boardroom": every user has a unique personalised "My Boardroom" showing their board connections. Users can be registered with multiple companies.
The intuitive user experience begins with badge alert function for instant notification of new meetings, new content markers for meetings and documents, offline access to downloaded content, full text search within downloaded content, user download settings to manage Wi-Fi and cellular network data, meeting location maps, adjustable timezone settings, multi-colour highlight tool, private note and bookmark tool using keyboard or Siri, and print off iPad.
"Security": BoardTRAC app uses strong SSL encryption for content transmitted to users' devices. Users must have a registered account, password and a security PIN. Downloaded content is stored in encrypted format and can be remotely deleted by a company's administrator.
"Control": companies can have one or more administrators for entity wide management, with additional controls to appoint sub-administrators at the committee level.

add users and edit access rights,
set up meetings,
make and use meeting templates and customised agendas,
upload content in iOS supported formats (including PDF, videos) as well as web URLs,
assemble meeting packs offline,
upload meeting packs in batches and send through updates during meetings,
conduct online voting for circular resolutions^,
edit and replace documents using version control,
set user rights to make private notes or highlights on downloaded control,
control user rights to print directly using AirPrint,
create committee folders for management teams, boards, projects, archival material,
use a company reading room to make entity wide announcements and provide access to online content,
remotely delete user access and content.
Notes:
Online content, using Siri for private notes and the voting function all require an internet connection.
Printing tool requires AirPrint and a Wi-Fi connection.
Remote deletion of user access and content requires an internet connection.
^ The online voting function allows users to record a vote for, against or to abstain. The administrator receives a voting record with each user's vote, and the date and time the vote was cast. The legal effect of online voting as a circular resolution is subject to appropriate powers and authority contained in a company's constitution and other governance documents.
