The Marani DPA880xT iPad App allows controlling the DPA880xT professional family of 8 inputs by 8 outputs Matrix Mixer for Conference Systems designed by Seed Asia. Thanks to the Wi-Fi interface of the iPad, and to the accurate design of the user interface, the DPA880xT App can be connected to a network of DPA880xT devices giving the audio engineer the possibility of tuning the entire audio processing chain, the power of controlling in real time hundred of audio channels and the freedom of actually moving in the audio diffusion environment, to optimally set the system. The DPA880xT App includes an “offline” mode allowing to simulate a connection to a network of devices and to explore all the available features before buying the product. The key processing elements that can be controlled using the DPA880xT iPad App are: - Input filters and parametric equalizers settings - Noise gate - Feedback eliminator - Routing / mixing matrix - Output equalizers - Compressors and limiters - Fine grained delay control - Auto Mixer and Ducker (only if the AM option has been activated) Application features: - Touch oriented control over every element of the processing chain - Zoom on plots and sliders to improve the control accuracy - Simultaneous connection to up to 200 DPA880xT devices - Intuitive navigation among devices and across the input/output audio channel set - Devices and channel naming to simplify identification - Real time system monitoring (meters, status) - Support for all the devices belonging to the DPA880xT family, including the Auto Mixer (AM) models - iPad interface fully compatible with the control interface running on Personal Computers: allows exchanging, storing, retrieving the audio setting among different DPA880xT units and interfaces Requirements - iPad 2, 3 or 4 with iOS5.1 or later - A wireless router to connect the iPad to the DPA880xT network - Works with the DPA880xT device series, or in offline mode
